Notification stretched can't unlock iPod 5

I tried to check the time on the Notification Center on my sister's IPod 5 touch and it wouldn't come down so she went to the home screen and it was stretched across the screen and I can't get rid of it so I locked it and it's still there I tried to go to the settings and zoom in cause I've heard it works but I can't even go into the iPod, it's still stretched and I have no idea what to do. PLEASE HELP ASAP!!!!! 😮
