Please please someone help me. Not everything on my phone is backed up to i cloud so I really really need it to work. Can anyone tell me why this has happened. The battery was charged. I was using..... oh my word it has just started working again now !!!!!!!!

If it is working now, connect to your computer to back it up or make sure that it is connected to a Wi-Fi network and back up to iCloud.

After that, to make sure that this has not been software related, set it up as new device and restore from the backup you made.
