Went into apple genius bar today and the tech told me he doesn't know why it stopped working due to the upgrade and if iw anted they would change my keyboard ????? Anyone have a resolve for this? it happened as soon as i upgraded.

Oct 20, 2015 9:41 AM in response to samnations007by Rabbanipour,I had same issue. But I opened "About This Mac" and suddenly the backlight started working! Would you please check whether it can solve your problem too.

Thank Buddha i stumbeld on your post...
*** that woke up my light in the keys, i dunno and is beyond strange.
Anyway I was pulling my hair with my face on the keyboard trying to figure out the keys in the dark. I like to work in the dark at night. Call me a geek.
