My project is completed, but just before exporting I realized it was old material (frame rate: 25!).
I read I can't modify the frame rate of an existing project (I should have done it in the beginning).
Is there a trick to change the frame rate?
Or how can I export it in 30fps now?

Note: I also have Compressor, if that would help, but no experience of using it (wasn't required till now).
You can create a new project with custom settings and paste a copy of the current timeline into the new timeline.
Do you want 30 or 29.97?

And how do I copy the entire timeline over to the new project?
(Is this an accurate process...? I have used a lot of audio tracks and fonts.)

Make the original TL window active; Command-A to select all; Command-C to copy, Open the new TL window and click to make it active; Command-V. to paste. I find it to be quite reliable.
