Q: Why am I unable to add cards, only passes?
I have having troubles being able to take advantage of Apple Pay on my iPhone 6, which is up to date using iOS 9.0.2. I am using the most up to date version of Apple Wallet. I have tried to go in to add my cards, since I have only had a couple passes so far. The only option I have been given is to add a new pass, but not a new credit or debit card. I can't seem to find anywhere else that I could attempt to add a new card. I have worked with phones before, but I seem to be stumped with how to fix this issue. Is there anything else that I could try?

Hi
Apple Pay is currently available in the US and UK. If you are located in one of those countries, check the following:
Your region is set to the US or UK: Settings > General > Language & Region > Region - set to your country.
You have Touch ID or a passcode set up: Settings > General > Touch ID & Passcode.
You are signed in to iCloud with your Apple ID: Settings > iCloud.
You will also need a supported card from a participating UK or US issuer.
Set up and use Apple Pay on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
Apple Pay participating banks - Apple Support
If the option still does not appear, try restarting (or, if that doesn't work, force restarting) your iPhone:
- To force restart iPhone: press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home button for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.
