Opendns suddenly blocking websites

hello everyone, just this morning when i am going to check on my facebook opendns suddenly is stopping me from entering it.

before i go to sleep i was able to browse it.

i dont think anyone from my family would have the knowledge on how to use opendns

other sites like apple community is also block ( currently using my mobile data to enter this site)

what should i do?
