Check that it is plugged in to a wall outlet and that the other end of the power cable is fully inserted in the computer's power socket. Press the Power button. If nothing happens then make an appointment at the Apple Retail Store - Genius Bar and take it in for service. If you are not in the USA or cannot set up an appointment this way, then contact your local Apple Store directly.

If the machine has no audio of any type (startup sounds) and no video just make an appointment at the Genius Bar as Kappy mentioned. That symptom is likely a failed power supply which thankfully isn't terribly expensive.
What do you mean when you say it doesn't turn on? Does the screen stay black? Does it become gray or blue? Do you hear any startup tone?
Have you tried resetting the SMC (Resetting the System Management Controller (SMC) on your Mac - Apple Support)?
Have you tried resetting the NVRAM (How to Reset NVRAM on your Mac - Apple Support)?
Screen stays black, can not hear any tone. I can not do NVRAM as it does not start at all
If you have no audio or video at all that sounds like a failed power supply. Take it to your local Apple Store or AASP (see link below to find one in your area) to have it repaired.

Apple store says its not failed Power Supply but logic board and cost $544.00 plus tax. Picking up with out repair !!
Its only 3.5 years old only and depressed to having to buy new computer.
