How Do I adjust the Low Battery Warning on wireless keyboard/trackpad/mouse?

I have a late 2010 27 inch iMac running El Capitan, and use the wireless keyboard and mouse along with a magic trackpad. The system begins warning me of low battery level with 20% remaining. This means I have a week or two of power left. Okay, thanks for the warning. The issue I have is that the system continues to pop the warning back up repeatedly at about 30 minute intervals, even though the power level hasn't changed.

How can I set the system to either reduce the number of warnings to once a day or when the remaining power level drops to 10% or less? Better yet -- because the top menu bar also has a low battery indicator next to the Bluetooth logo, how can I turn the pop up warnings off completely?

Thanks in advance!
