Photobooth video record playback problem

Recently I used photo booth to record an important interview with the video function as I was recommended to do so by someone else.

Everything seemed fine unit I finished the video and when to play it back I got a blank screen with a no play sign. The video can kinda "act" like it is playing with seconds going by but it doesn't move across the bar at the bottom and not audio or video can be seen. I've tried playing the video in quick time, VLC and even Itunes. The file size says its 35 mg which makes me hope it does have the stuff I need I just need to recover it.

Please help/
