There seems to be an error within the iTunes Store, rather than information being displayed horizontally there seems to be an error with everything strangely being listed. Here's a Pic.
When you click on an item its like its like the display settings are wrong.
Any help or suggestions, because I haven't got a clue how to resolve it. Also is anyone else having this problem?

iTunes is currently experiencing a service outage that can be related to your symptoms. My guess is it will be corrected once they resolve the problems with the outage.
In my case, I can't login to the store on my iPhone nor my Macbook. This means Apple Music is also not working for me. *****!! Apple, get on it!

Hi Folks! I had the same problem and called Apple for this issue. They watched my screen and asked me to change te country on the bottom of the iTunes Store window. Just pick another country than yours. And then, change it back to yours.

I'm experiencing the exact same problem ..
found this reply in another thread that seems to have rectified the problem -
"I was asked to go to iTunes drop-down menu, scroll down to Preferences and open. Open "Advanced" in the Preference window, then simply click Reset Cache."
