Itunes is not showing the latest update - I have 12.1 the latest is 12.3 but ITunes does not recognize there is an update available.

Itunes is not showing the latest update - I have 12.1 the latest is 12.3 but ITunes does not recognize there is an update available.

Itunes does not show the most recent version is available under help/check for updates. I have version 12.1 and 12.3 is available. Phones not able to be recognized because I dont have the most recent version. Anyone else seeing this issue. 12.3 is available at itunes.com -

iTunes 12.3 requires at least Windows 7(or Mac OS X 10.8.5); you need to install iTunes 12.1.3. Clickherefor download links.
