Q: Album won't sync to iPhone because it "is not eligible for the iCloud Music Library"

I am subscribed to Apple Music so I have music on iCloud that has been downloaded to my iPhone.  I've also put music from other sources on my iPhone.  All but one album from my iTunes music library have been successfully synchronized to my iPhone.  The album is not on Apple Music; it's a demo from a local band a decade ago.  However, the fact that Apple doesn't recognize it doesn't make me not want it on my phone.  I've tried disabling the iCloud music library on my phone--when I do that, I can get the album on there, but when I re-enable the iCloud music library, the album disappears.  Can I not have both?  Because if I can't use my music app for anything other than what Apple has, I might as well save my money and stream with a different app.

iPhone 6, iOS 9.0.2

I also have a few albums greyed out on my iPhone library too, I think it has something to do with Apple's 'iTunes Match' which stores your library in the cloud, if it's in their library they don't upload it, but if it isn't for example, your local band's demo album, it will upload it. I'm surprised this isn't a feature of Apple Music considering its £9.99 a month and iTunes Match is £21.99 a year.

I have a similar issue with an album that is on Apple's library. The full Word is Bond album by Deez Nuts is in Apples iTunes store, but only 3 songs available from that album are available on Apple Music. Even though I have the album I can't listen to it on my iPhone because of this, unfair if you ask me.
