macbook cannot detect device iPhone 5

i can't turn ON my iPhone 5 9.0.2 i've tried to push the Home/Power button (reboot), I've connect it to my MacBook Pro iTunes 12.3.0.44 still doesn't work. I'm using the original charger cable and what appear is only the apple logo keeps appear and gone.
