Dec 13, 2015 8:01 AM in response to b5005239by Loner T,1. Disconnect all external storage.
2. Run SMC/NVRAM reset.
3. Use a Wired connection if you plan to download Windows Support Software or if it is automatically checked for you.
4. Do not use an external USB HDD for the Windows Installer. You must use a USB2 flash drive (USB3 may not work on older models).
5. Please test and report any issues.
In OPs case, despite the recommendation to disconnect the external disk, the Seagate did not seem to be disconnected during the build.

Dec 15, 2015 5:07 AM in response to b5005239by Loner T,1. You should unmount the Windows 10 ISO image.
2. Your USB looks correctly formatted.
3. Use a Wired connection, if possible, when building the USB. The Support Software download is faster and more reliable.
