Why doesn't my recently uploaded CD show up in my icloud library?

I signed up for apple music and now I have icloud music. Today I uploaded two CD's to my itunes. When I try to add them to my phone or ipod it tells me that I can access my music from my icloud library, but these albums don't show up. why?
