I have problem. I deleted my iphone from icloud and after that reinstall it, i stuck to Activate Iphone window.. I cant unlock it because iphone said you cant unlock device with this acount..
Please help.

I have asked for your email address to be edited out. Posting your address in an open thread is a sure way to be bombarded by unwanted email, remember it will be here long after you have resolved your problem, for automated detection software to find.
If you want people to contact you, enable others to see your email address in your profile.
Unfortunately, you cannot do very much with your phone unless you get assistance from the previous owner, they should either provide you with the password to unlock it or remove their account from the phone entirely remotely through iCloud.com > Find My Phone.
Iam owner, but removed my phone from icloud, and wanted to reinstall it, and after that, iam stuck on activation screen, with my account. Apple said, i need to send them purchase document, but i dont have them. Unbelievable that you cant unlock your phone, when deleted from icloud.
If you are the owner of the account that will unlock the phone you should enter the details when prompted.
