Iphone 9.0.2 update not responding

Please, help if anyone had the same issue and could resolve it. After downloading the IOS 9.0.2 and it restarted the phone (5S), it asking to connect to Itunes and not doing anything, once connected to the I-tunes, it does not see the phone and it is not responding to anything. (the cable is working as it sees the other iphone)
