My password for iTunes does not work

I would like Apple to get back to me about iTunes and App store not seeing my ID. I have investigated and have found that this seem to be a growing problem.

I have use Apple support and they have no answer. I did everything they said, but it did know good. Their last idea was to download my hard drive to an external drive so that it could be erased. But this is not that easy and I think that is going to far. I've checked my hard drive and system and it's in good working order.

This is the problem. If you buy something off iTunes, Apple never sees the Apple ID. And the program as to be forced quite. The same for the App store.

Now if Apple comes up with a fix you will need your Apple ID. But if apple can not see your Apple ID how do you download.
