how can change my region canada to india without credit card option?
You can only purchase iTunes/Apps from the countries's store in which yo are located and your billing information must be associated with that country.
In Settings>General you can change the regions and that changes things like language and how money and dates are displayed.
What are yo trying to accomplish?
