I backed up my old iPhone to the cloud then set up my new iphone from the cloud and not all of my pics are showing up (they are shoeing in a 'recently added' folder in albums and only about 30% are showing up)... HELP!!!

It's been a couple of days..
Were these photos in photo stream, in your camera roll, in shared albums or in iCloud photo library
Backed up old iPhone to the cloud then set up new iPhone from the cloud... Not all my pics are showing up... I have plenty of storage... Help!!!!
