HELP!! Attempted to reset phone to factory settings using Erase all Content and Settings and is now stuck on apple logo

I attempted to reset my iPhone to factory settings using the Erase All Content and Settings in Settings > Generals > Reset but after a couple of minutes, I noticed it was stuck on the Apple Logo screen.

Can someone please help me? 😟

iPhone 5c, iOS 8.4

I forgot to mention that I have already attempted to go into recovery mode and update the phone, but sadly, the downloading of the firmware fails with this error code: (1671) or (1672) if I remember.

I tried everything out there but nothing seems to work for me.
