Some Websites don't load correct and display Source Code or plain html

Since I upgraded to El Capitan some of my websites don't load correctly.

I have tried it on Safari and Chrome and even connected through my Iphone hotspot to rule out any trouble with my ISP.

I have read through so many articles and flushed cookies, browser history and just about everything.

I have updated my Java and yes my OS is the latest and greatest.

I have restarted and even used some terminal commands to flush some other stuff I know nothing about.

If I refresh a few times the page will load eventually.

I am at the point of saying ugly words.

Please help me???

This is a screenshot of what I see but some other sites just show me the source code.

Found the problem!

If you are experiencing the same problem and have stupid ESET Endpoint Antivirus installed, its that.

Its got a build in Web Access Protection that for some reason cause the problem.

Well it did not in Yosemite but it does in El Capitan.
