I can't install it, I had press the "install" button a week ago, and it won't load or anything, it didn't even show up on my homepage, it just stay like this. I try clicking on the load button in the App Store, but nothing shows. It's been like this for a week or so. Help pls!

It's stuck loading that's what that circle is.
FIrst tap the little square inside the circle, see if it starts downloading.
If no change try a reset. Press and hold both the home and power until the Apple ligo appears. Release both buttons. Wait until your iPad starts on it's own.
IF Bob's suggestion doesn't work, try this.
Go to Settings>Airplane Mode>On. That will disconnect you from your WiFi connection. Give it about 30 seconds and then Turn Airplane mode off. Try tapping on the circle again to resume the download.
i try pressing on the square there, but it's hanged. i try rebooting it, but it wouldn't work either. Any other suggestions? Thx
You're welcome. The next step see if the app has partially downloaded. Go to settings> general> storage and iCloud usage> storage> manage storage> wait for the list of apps to open. If you see the Instagram app listed delete it.
Also is it just the Instagram app or the App Store that's frozen ? The reset should have taken care of this but try double clicking the home button then upswiping the App Store preview to force close it.
