I keep getting this lately, when transferring music from my itunes (macbook) to my iphone 6.
I haven't even got itunes match so I don't know why it's prompting me with this message.
Any help would be gratefully received!
The same applies if you are subscribed to Apple Music.
How do I switch off Apple Music?

"iTunes > Preferences > General > disable the Show Apple Music option. It basically hides all the new features of v.12.2.
While there, make sure you did not enable iCloud Music Library. That would explain the slowness, as iTunes is uploading/downloading your library."
