my icloud account is disabled and there is no backup email where it sent an email rest link how do i solve this

i have an iphone but i dont remember my icloud password

so on entring passwords many time my account is disabled

im trying to unlock my account which send email authentication as below @Email authentication: To access your information, we will send an email to the address(es) on file for you.@

but i dont recall the address on file so how do i rescue my icloud ID ?

PLEASE ASSIST AS I CANT USE MY IPHONE ANYMORE

after selecting my region and place it ends up saying

@ Sorry we are not able to provide any Options in your location@

i have tried all possible ways till the point i have given up , i am looking for calling a contact in india for assistance but i see no number to contact

please advice

i tried calling this number for support which seems to be incomplete
