Hands connection issue

Hi

Im using mac book pro 13 mind 2015 os x captain and iphone 5s iso 9.0.2 sing in with same apple id

but hand off not working

hands of on in both devices


any ideas to connect

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.0.2
