Siri is not giving me the correct date

At 5:45 am Eastern Time on Tuesday October 13, 2015, I asked Siri what time it was in Honolulu, it replied that it was 11:45 pm, which was correct. When I asked it what date it was in Honolulu, it told me it was Wednesday October 14, 2015. But that's wrong. At that time, it was Monday October 12, 2015 (it was still 11:45 pm). It did that repeatedly. I waited more than 15 minutes and repeated the process. It was now 00:02 in Honolulu, and when I asked what date it was, it correctly replied that it was Tuesday, October 13, 2015. Somehow, there is a flaw in the date lookup when it crosses a date line. Does anyone know how to report this to Apple Support? It would not let me log in directly to Apple Bug Support for some reason. Thanks.
