ios 9.0.2 bookmarks on iphone 6

ios 9.0.2 bookmarks on iphone 6

Every since I installed ios 9.0.2 I have not been able to save bookmarks on my iphone 6. Everything works normally except when I go into to Bookmarks the new bookmark is not there. I don't know if it's related to 9.0.2 or not but it would seem so. Please tell me if there's anything I can do short of taking the phone to a genius.

What folder within Bookmarks are you saving these to? You have two options: Save to Favorites; or Add Bookmark. Favorites will automatically go to it (it is basically a folder in bookmarks); Add Bookmarks Gives the option of selecting a specific folder (and saves the last folder as the default until you change it).
