why can't i download songs that work on my iTunes to my iPhone. the are greyed out with little dotted grey circles to the left of them and they play on my iTunes but won't transfer onto my iPhone even though i have plenty of room .
iMac (21.5-inch Mid 2010), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)
I don't know if this will work for you but just turned my phone off then turned it back on. Then hook it up to your computer and try adding the songs again. Also make sure that your iTunes and iPhone are updated.
