Automatically being redirected to the App Store while in Safari???

HI, I'm sorry if this has been asked before but I can't find it among all the questions about the iOS 9 updates, but while I'm in Safari I'm sometimes being automatically being redirected to the App Store and to weird websites. I've not downloaded any 3rd party apps or anything non-Apple trusted. What do I do?? Thank you!!!

Oh and yes I'm still running iOS 8.4 but I was waiting until the kinks had been worked out of 9 because everyone I know has had a horrible personal experience with 9...I'm sorry for saying that!
