IOS 9.02 not syncing with iTunes

When I plug my iPhone or iPad into my MacBook to sync with iTunes, the mobile device continually beeps and unable to connect. Running IOS 9.02 on mobile devices and El Capitan 10.11 on MacBook.

iPhone 6, iOS 9.0.2
