If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

Did you even bother reading the document I linked to? It contains detailed instructions. You will have to restore the device. Unless, that is, you want to wait the 3.8 years it will take until you can attempt to enter your passcode again...
