Spotify and MyLink

I have a 2015 Chevrolet Equinox 1LT which uses the MyLink infotainment system. When I first leased the vehicle (August 2015) I could stream apps such as Spotify, Radio Paradise, and Tune-in Radio to the car through Bluetooth. While this isn't a feature I used every day, it was nice to have. Sometime since then (I can only assume since upgrading to iOS 9 or one its variants), I have been unable to stream any of the aforementioned apps. The apps will use the phone speakers if it is unplugged, but it seems that something changed with the Bluetooth functionality that prevents apps from streaming to MyLink. I've tried opening and closing the apps, restarting the phone, etc. The only troubleshooting that I haven't done is a factory rest. Anyone else experience this issue?
