iPhone 6 mg4c2b/a screen lock unresponsive.

I have had this problem for some time now it maybe since the IOS9.2 update it also effects my iPad since updated.

I have reset my iPhone 6MG4C2B/A and still have the fault i got this model from O2 not the apple shop as usual.

O2 are not helpful, what can i do?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Yosemite (10.10.3), i5, 8Gb,
