Partitioned Storage on my iPhone 6? Using Beta IOS9.1

Hi

I have been using the beta IOS 9 versions over the past few months on an iPhone 6 64GB MG4F2B/A (presently 9.1 13B136).

Just noticed that my max storage is shown as 55.7 GB?

So used a free system scan app and it shows my storage is in 4 partitions: 1 of 55.7GB, 2 of 3.3GB and small one of 52.5KB

Is this normal if signed up to Beta testing program or has something or someone else other than Apple split my drive?

And will a restore to a non-Beta IOS9 un-partition the drive back to 64GB ish?

Regards,

James

The smallest one I guess is something akin to the boot sector on

a computer (be it HDD or SSD).

The largest one is user space and the other two are system related or

Apple reserved, i.e. one is for iOS knernel and extensions and filesystem

and the other for Apple supplied apps. Just a guess but makes sense.

FWIW, I have a stock 64 GB 6S running iOS 9.02 and I have about 55 GB

if I add up used and available (25.8 GB used for music alone). So what you have

seems on par with normal.
