I upgraded to IOS 9.0.2 and since then I have been unable to connect my Personal Hotspot. The wheel keeps spinning. I've tried hard reboot, renaming device, resetting network settings and switching sims. No joy. Can anyone offer a solution?

Hi Paula,

If you are having issues with being unable to use the Personal Hotspot on your iPad, having already tried restarting the iPad, renaming it and resetting your network settings, you may want to try some things to troubleshoot.

First, use the steps in this article to set up and troubleshoot the Personal Hotspot - Get help with Personal Hotspot in iOS.

Next, quit all running applications and test again -

Force an app to close in iOS

Next, I would try restarting and the iPad -

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
