Can't connect to SSH please help

I need help, I can't connect to my university server when I use the command line "ssh sigma.ist.utl.pt -l user" e receive the the following error message after 3 attempts using the right password "Permission denied (publickey,gssapi-keyex,gssapi-with-mic,keyboard-interactive)."

When I use the guest user a succeed to login correctly.

You're successfully logging in as user "ist173638" but failing to log in as user "ist17638".

I had tried before with the right user and fail. Now i try again and work i guess te things i did today to try correct the problem worked, but I was using the wrong user. Thanks anyway
