USB ports not working (other than power) after installing El Capitan

I've installed El Capitan, and now my 2011 Macbook Pro is no longer recognizing USB devices; though, it does appear to be providing power.

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

MacBook Pro, OS X El Capitan (10.11)
