this computer cannot be transferred

have accounts in 2 countries. after linking to 1 itunes store, can no longer link to another for 90 day. is there a workaround for this?

Which country are you currently in, the one that you are currently logged in with or the other account (you have to be in a country to use its store, that is part of the store's terms) ? If you are logged into the wrong country's account, and you can't wait until the 90 days have completed, then you could try contacting iTunes Support and see if they can/will remove the association : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
