My iPhone 6s will not automatically connect to wifi until the wake button is pressed, then it just automatically connect.

It is ios 9.0.2 now.

Besides, when the phone connects to wifi in campus, it will disconnect when the phone is in sleep mode. When the wake button is pressed, then it automatically connects wifi again.
