the date and time changed everytime after shutdown the laptop on december 31, 2008

I am using a Mac Book Pro 2011,

Since 2014 I noticed that the date and time changed on December 31, 2008 every time I shutdown the computer or specifically when it unexpectedly shutdown.

When I click on the apple menu and choose system preferences it didn't respond.
