Oct 13, 2015 11:06 AM in response to rene___by Acm001,You downloaded the bootcamp drivers to a usb drive before installing windows? If so you just run the bootcamp installer after installing windows. You could also download bootcamp on another laptop onto the usb.

Oct 13, 2015 11:27 AM in response to Acm001by rene___,Yes I downloaded the bootcamp drivers before installing windows. They are on the usb connected to the mac mini, I'm not sure which file they are in. I ran the setup folder and it rebooted, but still not able to connect to the internet. Is there any other folder I need to run in order to install them?

Oct 13, 2015 12:51 PM in response to Acm001by rene___,Neither the wireless or wired connection work. The plugin doesn't even light up when I plug the internet cable in. It says the necessary drivers were not installed correctly.

Oct 13, 2015 4:30 PM in response to rene___by jndupuis1,Hi!
Plug in your Boot Camp USB. My Computer (This PC)>Open your USB then Double click on the Setup file in Bootcamp folder. Install screen should pop up. When you click install, sit back and watch! Leave your USB plugged up. Your computer will restart when you click "Finish". After all is done after Desktop is loaded, Safely Remove USB.
Cheers!!

Oct 14, 2015 9:42 AM in response to rene___by Loner T,The list of other devices is extensive, which indicates your BC drivers are not installed. If you did download the BC drivers, can you post the BC driver version you downloaded or look at Bootcamp.xml on the USB and post the line with Product Version?
You should be using Boot Camp Support Software 5.1.5621.

Oct 14, 2015 1:28 PM in response to Loner Tby rene___,I'm using bootcamp version 5.1.4, it was installed before I got the computer..could that be the problem? If so, is there a way I uninstall this version and install the correct version?

Oct 14, 2015 2:00 PM in response to rene___by Acm001,Download the correct bootcamp files as stated and run the installer. What do you mean by bootcamp was installed before you got the computer? Are you talking about bootcamp assistant or the actual files you download using bootcamp assistant.

Oct 14, 2015 2:35 PM in response to Acm001by rene___,Bootcamp assistant itself was installed before I got the computer. I'm going to download the bootcamp files and see if that works!
