iTunes 12.3 - Join CD Tracks?
This is an option that we use when importing audoibooks with our iMac. 'Join Tracks' was found under options in the upper right corner. Where is it now?

Join together tip - https://discussions.apple.com/thread/7154478?answerId=28661274022#28661274022 - You can join all or a subset of tracks but they must be consecutive, and must be in ascending order in manual sort mode even if another mode shows them in the correct order. Only then will the join option be displayed.
