Audio Issues for Final Cut Pro 7

Hello,

I'm having issues with importing .mov files into FCP7. I think I may have messed up the scratch disks when chopping and changing between hard drives, but now upon importing .mov files the picture is perfect but the audio is just static. It works perfectly well when played through Quicktime but as soon as it's in FCP7 I can only get the picture.
