How do you know that? Did you delete the user folder as well as the account?
No, I didn't. I just assumed it would be gone as well. when I look at the "Storage" it says that 185.99 gb music, 25.27 movies, 26.78 other is taken
up etc but the new user doesn't have anything saved. help!
The easiest way to recover is to recreate the account you deleted with the same name. You should be prompted to use the existing home folder. Choose that option. Then delete the account again. This time, choose the option to delete the home folder.
