Dropped my Mac now the optical drive is making constant noise

So i dropped my macbook air 11" the other day and ever since it turns on and off fine, everything seems to work normal but it's constantly making a noise from either the optical drive or fan. Am I screwed? I only have it 3 weeks 😢 and Apple told me I'm not under warranty because of the "accidental damage" someone please help can this be fixed by myself or will I have to send it away to be repaired?
