When I try to access my game center by clicking on the icon, I only get a blank white page and it doesn't show any signs of processing. and if I try to access my game center via settings, it freezes. I am using an iPad 2 Wi-Fi. I tried reset/restart/reboot but still cant get it to work.

I have the same problem. I'm using iPad Mini 1st generation with iOs 9.0.2. Even a backup and complete reinstall does not solve the problem. Can't access the Gamecenter or the settings page. They both freeze up. No problem on iPhone 5s with iOs 9.0.2 using the same account..... Where is the problem Apple?

I Have the exact same problem! Also, I can't visit "friends" on Happy Street. Everything was fine until I upgraded to IOS 9.0.2. Please help! I contacted the Happy Street support and they said they couldn't help - it was an Apple issue. Please help!
SSame problem here re Game Center since upgrade 9.0.2. I play Barckgammon NJ, and that has no content either.
