I cannot find apple's Health app (iOS 9)

please help me-

I can't: find the Health app:

- on my iPod Touch (iOS 9.0.2)

- in the App Store (to download)

-on the web (looking for others with the same problem)

I also cannot find any mention on the web or in apple support re not being able to find the app

Why can't I find it?
