I need to remove old Apple Configurator

I setup Apple Configurator on my old Macbook air (Mountain Lion) last year and setup my iPad mini 2 and apple tv and iphone to be supervised.

I got a new macbook air my old one no longer works. i had to set up a hole new Macbook air with no Time Machine backups and new apple configurator 2.

so the problem i'm having is i updated my ipad mini 2 (ios 9.0.2) i had to set it up as new i only had the backups on my old laptop and when i go to the setup the ipad it tells me it needs to be configured and wont let me passed that screen, i can't with out old macbook.

if i try adding new configurator profile it says that iPad is supervised by another device. and can't add new profile. I used iTunes to factory reset but it still says the samething

Is there any other way i can remove the configurator or full reset the ipad so i can put the new configurator? Your response will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.
