Ive got all usb 3.0 ports and my ipod is an older model and it requires 2.0
The ports on my computer are all 3.0 and my ipod is an older model and I cant download music for it on my windows 10 anymore

Ive tried all troubleshooting methods in iTunes to remedy this ...I plugged in an ipod shuffle I had that's newer and it works just fine
